Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Willingness to work on-site in the Biltmore office
Job Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple phone-line system

Job Duties
- Greet everyone entering the office with eye contact, a smile and a helpful demeanor
- Answer phone, greeting caller with a friendly tone, and transfer calls or answer questions timely
- Frequently check back with callers waiting on hold and offer options when applicable
- Keep the front office organized, stocked and looking great
- Distribute mail
- Order supplies
- Provide support to Escrow, Title and Accounting Departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties
- Assist the entire office with workflow
- Support good working relationships with all clients
