Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in a responsible administrative or reception role
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven accuracy with detail-oriented work
- Ability to multitask and shift between varying responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel including Excel data entry
- Comfort with scanning and other office software systems
- Strong focus on data entry and accuracy

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors staff volunteers and guests with a joyful cheerful and professional demeanor
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk safety and security by being alert to who is coming and going
- Provide administrative support to Central Services departments
- Process daily mail and create the daily check log
- Perform data entry scanning and filing including Excel-based tasks
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Work independently during quieter periods and manage high-volume activity during busy times
- Assist with Volunteer Service
