At CFCU, employees work alongside a talented and diverse team of financial professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding member experiences. The credit union offers a competitive work environment with numerous benefits including a $1,000 New Hire Welcome Bonus after 90 days, competitive pay with room for advancement, annual performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. The Receptionist role at CFCU is vital to maintaining the smooth, welcoming, and efficient operation of the front desk and reception area. This position is responsible not only for greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner but also for managing call routing, mailroom operations, and visitor check-in procedures, serving as the first point of contact that shapes a member’s or visitor’s impression of the credit union. Scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the role requires a balance of administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for the Receptionist position embodies excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with members and colleagues alike. Strong comprehension and written skills are necessary for composing memos and correspondence, while prioritizing and organizing duties efficiently ensure the role’s daily responsibilities are met with precision and professionalism. Projecting a professional image through speech and appearance is key to supporting CFCU’s welcoming culture.

Whether managing call flow, coordinating mail, or assisting visitors, the Receptionist supports a variety of functions that keep the credit union running seamlessly, all while being a warm face representing CFCU's values.

With CFCU’s strong employment benefits and its commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace free from discrimination, joining the team aligns with personal career growth and the chance to help positively impact the community.
