Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience
Ability to work either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule
Covid-19 vaccination and booster mandated
Comfortable with exposure to peanut butter
Ability to stand for multiple hours
Ability to lift dogs up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk dogs on leash and navigate stairs
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Fluent in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent grammar and spelling
Professional and positive attitude
Proficiency with computers
Comfortable with selling services
Eagerness to learn new skills

Job Duties

Working the front desk and assisting customers
Answering phone calls and emails in a courteous manner
Scheduling dogs for a variety of services
Assist other staff with a variety of roles as needed, including supervising playgroups
Routine cleaning throughout the facility
