- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of medical reception experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Familiar with EClinicalWorks preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all phases of the patient encounter
- verify and or update patient contact information and deliver charts to designated location prior to patient visit
- Answer incoming telephone calls and follow-up with no-show appointments as needed
- Receive, record, and relay incoming messages to appropriate personnel timely
- Collect copays and balances, maintain log sheets, and balance at the end of the day
- Perform other related duties as assigned
