Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months of medical reception experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Familiar with EClinicalWorks preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all phases of the patient encounter
  • verify and or update patient contact information and deliver charts to designated location prior to patient visit
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and follow-up with no-show appointments as needed
  • Receive, record, and relay incoming messages to appropriate personnel timely
  • Collect copays and balances, maintain log sheets, and balance at the end of the day
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
