Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner
- create intake for new customers
- direct customers to the appropriate attorney or paralegal
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
- provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email
- assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail or deliveries
- update calendars and schedule clients
- perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
