Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner
  • create intake for new customers
  • direct customers to the appropriate attorney or paralegal
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
  • provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email
  • assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail or deliveries
  • update calendars and schedule clients
  • perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
