Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist experience with multi-line phone systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • professional appearance and attitude
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to operate general office equipment
  • bilingual (preferred but not required)

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
  • process and code invoices and payments
  • assist with accounts payable (A/P)
  • maintain and improve filing systems and records
  • assist with parts counter support as needed
  • provide general office support and other administrative duties as assigned
