Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare provider certified or obtained within three months of hire
- proof of completion of mandatory reporter abuse training specific to population served within three months of hire
- ability to read, write and understand the English language
- communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues
- maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with patient information
- possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring
- ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
- perform patient check-in at the time of visit and complete all steps necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and in compliance with all clinic and regulatory policies
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collecting copays (TOS) and deductible amounts
- copy or scan patient access related hardcopy materials into the correct location in the electronic medical record
