Job Requirements

- Ability to move throughout the office to assist visitors or manage deliveries

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, patients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain office security by monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges, and notifying appropriate staff of guest arrivals
- Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and directing individuals to the appropriate resources
- Manage the switchboard by answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks as requested by clinic leadership
- Manage the opening and closing of the facility by locking/unlocking doors during designated business hours
- Maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality regarding all materials, patient information, and internal records
- Ensure visitor logs and files are accurate and easily accessible to authorized personnel
