Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education or GED
- At least two years of related work experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer applications
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy laws and confidentiality standards
- Must have or be eligible for fingerprint clearance card
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and liability insurance if driving on agency time
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain professionalism under crisis
- Staff members providing direct client services must be at least 21 years old
- Support service staff must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience in outpatient behavioral health or similar settings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively
Job Duties
- Answering a multiple-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients
- Performing clerical duties to support clinic operations
- Maintaining professional conduct and client confidentiality
- Demonstrating calmness and empathy in crisis situations
- Collaborating effectively with team members and external partners
