Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education or GED
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in typing and computer applications
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy laws and confidentiality standards
  • Must have or be eligible for fingerprint clearance card
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and liability insurance if driving on agency time
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under crisis
  • Staff members providing direct client services must be at least 21 years old
  • Support service staff must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience in outpatient behavioral health or similar settings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively

Job Duties

  • Answering a multiple-line phone system
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Performing clerical duties to support clinic operations
  • Maintaining professional conduct and client confidentiality
  • Demonstrating calmness and empathy in crisis situations
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and external partners
