With a focus on making both residents and team members feel at home, Arrow Senior Living stands out as a community-centered organization committed to its core values, which foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The company emphasizes internal growth, offering abundant opportunities for career advancement, recognition, and incentives that reward employee dedication and contribute to higher quality of life for all involved. Arrow Senior Living operates multiple communities, including one located at 4150 W Republic Rd, Battlefield, MO, where the current receptionist position is based. The company culture is inclusive, promoting diversity and equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, national origin, or other protected characteristics, ensuring a respectful and supportive workplace for every employee. This is part-time employment with a competitive hourly pay range of $15 - $22.75, structured with a flexible schedule alternating between weekday afternoons and weekend daytime shifts.

The receptionist role at Arrow Senior Living is pivotal as the "first face" of the community, acting as the welcoming host who creates positive first impressions for residents, visitors, vendors, and employees. Beyond greeting guests, the receptionist serves as a "go-to guide," owning responsibility for answering questions or directing inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining a smooth administrative flow. The role also includes supporting the administrative team with various tasks, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency throughout the community.

The ideal candidate will possess clear verbal and written communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and the capacity to follow instructions and apply problem-solving skills independently. Physical requirements include the ability to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds and sustain periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, reflecting the active nature of the position. Additionally, health and background screenings are mandatory to meet compliance and ensure the safety and well-being of the senior residents. Arrow Senior Living values employee well-being and growth, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee recognition programs. Candidates joining this team will find not just a job, but a community where professional development is encouraged, and lifelong friendships are fostered.
