- Minimum one year experience in fast-paced customer service
- Proven proficiency with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to maintain professional and brand-appropriate image
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and payments responsibly

Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly and set a positive atmosphere
- Manage reservation system ensuring accurate and timely client information
- Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize shop flow
- Handle client payments and stylists tips/commissions ethically and accurately
- Balance cash drawer at opening, closing, and shift changes
- Communicate effectively with shop management regarding operations
- Assist with shop cleanliness and support stylists to improve efficiency
