Drybar is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionists to join their team. This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages starting at $17.50 per hour, with additional opportunities to earn retail bonuses, anniversary gifts, referral bonuses, and up to $10 for every membership sold. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the guest experience by setting the tone for the salon environment, managing appointment bookings, handling payments and tips with integrity, and ensuring smooth shop flow between clients and stylists. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

They will be responsible for ensuring accurate appointment scheduling, balancing cash drawers, and assisting stylists to optimize efficiency. Job Duties

  • Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
  • set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party
  • organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner
  • serve as subject matter expert in reservation system
  • ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness
  • optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team
  • maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
  • balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes
  • maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
  • demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills
  • assist with the cleanliness of the shop
  • be proactive in ensuring the utmost care
  • assist stylists with their needs to improve efficiency
