Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment
- previous experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- previous salon/spa experience preferred
- ability to maintain professional and brand-appropriate image
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- ability to handle client payments with integrity
- reliable and proactive in shop cleanliness
- ability to assist stylists
- ethical and detail-oriented
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
- set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party
- organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner
- serve as subject matter expert in reservation system
- ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness
- optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team
- maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
- balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes
- maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
- demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills
- assist with the cleanliness of the shop
- be proactive in ensuring the utmost care
- assist stylists with their needs to improve efficiency
