- minimum of 1 year working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- prior experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred
- ability to promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
- excellent organizational skills to manage shop flow
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- maintain ethical standards in handling payments and commissions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage client appointments and ensure smooth shop flow
- serve as subject matter expert in reservation system and ensure client information accuracy
- balance cash drawers at opening, closing, and shift changes
- maintain clear communication with shop management regarding operations
- promote a professional and positive atmosphere within the salon
- assist with shop cleanliness and stylist needs
- maintain ethical handling of client payments and stylist tips/commissions
