Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred
- Ability to promote a professional and positive work atmosphere
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions ethically and accurately
- Capability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Previous salon or spa experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
- Professional demeanor in line with company brand
Job Duties
- Greet clients and manage client interactions to promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
- Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner
- Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system ensuring client information is recorded accurately and promptly
- Optimize appointments with reservation system and communicate effectively with the team
- Handle client payments and stylists tips/commissions with high ethical standards
- Balance cash drawer at opening, close, and shift changes
- Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the shop
- Support stylists with their needs to improve efficiency
