Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to promote a professional and positive work atmosphere
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle financial transactions ethically and accurately
  • Capability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Previous salon or spa experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
  • Professional demeanor in line with company brand

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and manage client interactions to promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
  • Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner
  • Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system ensuring client information is recorded accurately and promptly
  • Optimize appointments with reservation system and communicate effectively with the team
  • Handle client payments and stylists tips/commissions with high ethical standards
  • Balance cash drawer at opening, close, and shift changes
  • Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the shop
  • Support stylists with their needs to improve efficiency
