The role of Dog Concierge at Sol Dog Lodge & Training Center is essential to the daily success of their operations, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service from their first interaction. This position can be either part-time or full-time, with weekend work required, including mandatory availability on Sundays, with up to 25 hours per week. As a Dog Concierge, the individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting dogs and their owners with warmth and professionalism. They will manage communications via phone, text, and email, helping to coordinate appointments for boarding, grooming, and training services.

This role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as the Dog Concierge will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain accurate client and dog records, including vaccination documentation. Additionally, they will support multiple departments to keep schedules running smoothly and ensure a high-quality customer experience. A significant part of the job includes working with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software, with experience in the GINGR system being a plus.

Job Requirements
