We are currently hiring a Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the collision center’s daily activities and plays a key part in upholding our reputation for stellar customer care. The Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming phone calls and professionally directing inquiries. Beyond front desk duties, this position involves coordinating appointments for insurance estimates and vehicle repairs, liaising with rental car companies to facilitate customer needs during the repair process, and keeping our administrative systems accurately updated using Enterprise ARMS software. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each customer receives attentive and timely service from check-in through vehicle pick-up. This role also supports the collision center by maintaining repair folders, managing paperwork accurately, and assisting the team with administrative and scheduling tasks.   • Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or collision center experience is preferred
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately
  • Coordinate scheduling of insurance estimates and customer appointments

  • Update rental information and repair status in Enterprise ARMS software
  • Contact customers when their vehicles are complete and ready for pickup
  • Organize repair folders and maintain accurate paperwork
  • Assist the collision center team with administrative and scheduling support
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers and guests
