Job Duties
- Creating a warm, positive first impression for every client and pet
- scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to support high-quality care
- checking clients in and out efficiently while reviewing services and estimates
- answering phones, responding to questions, and educating clients on Banfield wellness plans
- handling payments and maintaining accurate medical and client records
- supporting veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- advocating for pets and helping clients understand the value of preventive care
