The role of Receptionist at the Crayola Experience in Easton, PA, is a part-time position focused on delivering top-notch guest services over the phone and via email while supporting various administrative functions. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • customer service experience and basic computer skills required
  • demonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling procedures
  • must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • must have retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment
  • position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting fixture parts and cartons weighing up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Consistently meets all guest satisfaction measures
  • provides an exceptional telephone experience to guests with an upbeat and positive attitude
  • answers general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their questions
  • supports management team as needed with group bags, souvenir items, and employee daily communications
  • supports group sales as needed with signage, mailings and follow up calls as needed
  • follows established policies to address guest service, safety issues, first aid and evacuation procedures
  • promotes goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of The Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand
  • performs other related duties as assigned
