The role of Receptionist at the Crayola Experience in Easton, PA, is a part-time position focused on delivering top-notch guest services over the phone and via email while supporting various administrative functions. Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
customer service experience and basic computer skills required
demonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling procedures
must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
must have retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment
position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting fixture parts and cartons weighing up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Consistently meets all guest satisfaction measures
provides an exceptional telephone experience to guests with an upbeat and positive attitude
answers general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their questions
supports management team as needed with group bags, souvenir items, and employee daily communications
supports group sales as needed with signage, mailings and follow up calls as needed
follows established policies to address guest service, safety issues, first aid and evacuation procedures
promotes goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of The Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand
performs other related duties as assigned
