Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- customer service experience and basic computer skills required
- demonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling procedures
- must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- must have retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment
- position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting fixture parts and cartons weighing up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications

- retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment
Job Duties
- Consistently meets all guest satisfaction measures
- provides an exceptional telephone experience to guests with an upbeat and positive attitude
- answers general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their questions
- supports management team as needed with group bags, souvenir items, and employee daily communications
- supports group sales as needed with signage, mailings and follow up calls as needed
- follows established policies to address guest service, safety issues, first aid and evacuation procedures
- promotes goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of The Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand
- performs other related duties as assigned
