The available role is for a Salon Concierge—a pivotal position at Frenchies, acting as the warm and welcoming heart of the salon. This part-time role involves being the first point of contact for guests, efficiently managing appointment scheduling and phone inquiries, and ensuring that every customer's visit is enjoyable and seamless. The concierge will provide attentive service that enhances guest comfort, including educating visitors about the salon's Polish Pass membership program and retail product offerings. Maintaining high salon cleanliness standards is also a key responsibility, contributing to the overall health-conscious and inviting atmosphere.
