We are currently seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Receptionist/Concierge to join our elite team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Receptionist/Concierge plays a vital role in creating a warm, seamless, and elevated club experience. In this key position, you will greet members and guests with exceptional warmth and attentiveness, setting the tone for an unparalleled club experience from the moment they arrive. Managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally will be essential, as you handle reservations, member inquiries, and guest requests with exemplary customer service. Your role will also involve coordinating dining and event reservations and assisting members with personalized concierge services such as transportation arrangements and directions.

Beyond direct member interaction, this role supports the overall operation of the club, including helping with club events, private functions, and daily administrative tasks. You will play a critical part in maintaining accurate member records, correspondence, and club communications, further enhancing the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Your creative skills will also be valued as you assist in creating flyers, announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials using user-friendly design platforms like Canva and Adobe.

The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive club matters and member information, consistently demonstrating integrity and professionalism. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, concierge services, or high-end customer service preferred
  • experience operating a multi-line phone system efficiently

Job Qualifications
