The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors through warm interactions and efficient communication.

This role demands an individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of managing incoming calls and visitors with professionalism and care. The Concierge must adhere to procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring our commitment to health and safety standards is consistently met. As a key point of contact at Priority Life Care, the Concierge exemplifies the company’s values by offering support and assistance throughout the community.

Employees benefit from competitive wages at $16 per hour and paid time off, making it easier to balance work and personal life. Priority Life Care also offers comprehensive health plans including vision and dental coverage, ensuring employees and their families are well cared for. We support work-life balance and wellness with telemedicine services, life insurance, family planning support, and various other benefits designed to promote employee well-being.

The Concierge position is more than a traditional receptionist role; it serves as a gateway to the entire facility where providing a positive, welcoming environment impacts residents, families, and visitors alike. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, operating communication systems, and maintaining accurate records. This front-line role requires a dependable, articulate, and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with people and can maintain a calm demeanor in a busy setting.

Join Priority Life Care and become part of an organization committed to service excellence, employee satisfaction, and lifelong learning.
