Job Description

We are an established Assisted Living Community dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/Concierge to join our team. This role is crucial as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, playing an essential part in maintaining the safety and smooth operation of our community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to interact professionally and courteously with a diverse range of individuals. Responsibilities include monitoring and screening visitors entering and leaving the building, managing sign in and sign out procedures for residents and visitors, answering telephone calls promptly, providing clerical support, and sorting and distributing mail. The position requires reliability and a friendly demeanor to ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of care and professionalism we uphold. Weekend availability is required as part of the work schedule. Job Duties

  • greet and assist residents, families, and visitors professionally
  • monitor and screen visitors entering and leaving the building
  • manage sign in and sign out of residents and visitors
  • answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • provide various clerical support including sorting and distributing mail
  • maintain a welcoming and safe environment at the reception area
  • support communication between staff and residents
