With a mission to "light the way in senior care," PLC emphasizes affordability and respect as core principles in its service delivery.
The role of Concierge at Priority Life Care is pivotal in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, staff, and visitors. Family planning support through Maven, voluntary insurance options such as short-term disability, accident coverage, and critical illness insurance, as well as a confidential Employee Assistance Program, are also provided to ensure employee well-being.
The Concierge is responsible for operating telephones, screening and forwarding calls, assisting guests with physical needs such as helping them in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs, and performing administrative tasks like word processing.
