The role of Receptionist at The Michaels Organization is a pivotal front-facing position that supports the efficient operation of the property management office. This full-time, hourly role with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour involves serving as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, guests, and external callers. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, providing outstanding customer service to residents, scheduling events, coordinating contractor services, and managing maintenance requests, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, the Receptionist will support the Community Manager with various administrative duties, including entering work orders and invoices into company systems, ordering office supplies, and filing documents. - One or more years previous experience in a reception position
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls from residents and external callers directing calls to the proper person
- Greet and assist residents guests visitors vendors and contractors on a daily basis
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Assist Manager with special projects as required
- May organize Special Events for residents as required
- May enter work orders invoices or other items into company systems
- May order supplies perform filing and assist with other office duties as required
- Perform other tasks at the direction of the Community Manager as requested
