Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Valid Texas Driver's license with minimum three years unrestricted driving record
  • Proof of personal vehicle insurance
  • Bilingual Spanish required at certain locations
  • Ability to work full-time with punctuality and commitment
  • Capacity to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, and lifting
  • Willingness to travel between clinics

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or medical office preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with multiple software platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish required for specific locations
  • Valid Texas Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn medical terminology and new software

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Capture insurance information, key in patient data, scan documents, and collect co-pays
  • Communicate frequently with internal clinical and billing staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Engage warmly with patients and team members to support a positive office atmosphere
  • Manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment including use of multiple computer systems
  • Learn and master medical terminology and practice software for accurate data entry
  • Drive or ride in company vehicles to satellite clinics and manage travel time efficiently
