Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested/appropriate areas
- Receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily
- Receives and delivers any packages (flowers etc.) within the facility
- Assures that outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times
- Performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed
- Assists visitors, families and employees as needed
- Watches the front lobby
- All other duties are assigned
