Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Lead Center, is an advantage but not mandatory. The Receptionist will support client-facing operations by coordinating calendars, preparing meeting spaces, and maintaining an organized and inviting office environment. The role also involves proactive tasks such as confirming appointments, taking concise messages, and ensuring that the beverage station is well-stocked and accessible, highlighting a commitment to client comfort and care. Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years of office/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite

Job Duties
