Job Duties

  • Receiving calls at the dealership, operating a multi-line phone system, determining the nature of their business and directing callers to their destination
  • Answering basic inquiries, routing incoming calls, taking messages and providing basic information to all callers
  • Greeting customers and determining the nature of their visit
  • Handing customers their new vehicle plates and registrations
  • Log call activity for sales
  • Maintaining a well organized, clean and safe work area
