The role being offered is an integral front-line position responsible for ensuring exceptional patient and visitor experiences within the facility. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from USD $16.00 to $25.25 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility involved.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing communication within the facility, and handling administrative duties such as patient registration and verification of identities, demographics, and insurance information. They will also facilitate efficient collaboration between business and clinical departments, manage financial transactions including cost-share payments, and oversee daily deposit reconciliations. Maintaining a welcoming and professional lobby environment, as well as accurately preparing patient charts, are key parts of the role.
