The role of a Full-time Receptionist at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is vital in maintaining this exceptional customer experience. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers, managing incoming phone communication efficiently and ensuring visitors are directed to the right departments.   • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Reception or administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department or individual or take a thorough message if needed
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Introduce customers to the salesperson
  • Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
