Job Description

Park Vista is a respected care community dedicated to honoring and supporting those who have devoted their lives caring for others. Their mission is to enable residents to experience their best years with dignity and joy, allowing families to reconnect with their loved ones in meaningful ways without the burden of caretaking. This compassionate environment centers around four core values: Dignity, Collaboration, Compassion, and Transparency, which govern every aspect of their care and service. Park Vista is more than just a senior care facility; it is a nurturing home that strives to 'Make It Matter' not only for residents but also for their families and the dedicated team members who serve there.

Park Vista is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their amazing team. The position offers a base wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour and includes a generous benefits package encompassing paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance as well as eligibility for a 401(k) plan after one year of employment. The Receptionist is a vital part of the community, serving as the first point of contact who greets visitors, answers calls, and supports the smooth operation of the facility’s administrative functions. The successful candidate will embody the values of Park Vista by providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to residents, families, staff, and visitors alike.

This role involves handling a variety of front-desk responsibilities such as answering incoming phone calls and door rings, managing voicemail, taking detailed messages, and facilitating communication between residents and staff. The Receptionist will also oversee common area reservations, assist with transportation scheduling, manage office supplies, and input work orders. Additionally, managing sign-in and sign-out protocols to maintain security and proper screening of guests and residents will be a key function. The Receptionist will have the opportunity to contribute to the organizational efficiency by performing clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing. This position is integral to ensuring that Park Vista remains a well-coordinated, orderly environment that prioritizes the comfort and safety of its residents and the satisfaction of their families.

Joining Park Vista means becoming part of a community where every role matters and the impact you make daily brings joy and relief to those who need it most. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility. The team at Park Vista values transparency and collaboration and fosters an environment where employees feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles and grow professionally.
