Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office or Google Docs
Availability to work closing shifts from 3 PM to 9:30 PM
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
Familiar with Google Docs
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time-management and organizational skills
Flexible schedule must be able to work nights and weekends
Spa experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
Able to multi-task is a must
Answer high volume of phone calls
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
Process payments for clients checking out
Schedule appointments
Maintain knowledge of all services offered to meet the needs of our clients
Laundry in-between clients checking in
Sell retail products
Sell memberships
Clean and sanitize sauna rooms between clients
Ensure laundry is completed throughout shift
Additional duties related to creating a spa attendant role specifically for IMR Massage
