The Receptionist - Assisted Living role at Prestige Senior Living - Southern Hills is a full-time position working Sunday through Thursday, with pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour depending on experience. This entry-level administrative role is critical as it positions the receptionist as the welcoming face of the community. The receptionist provides general business office services such as filing, completing forms, and assisting line staff and managers. Moreover, they greet families, residents, and visitors warmly, responding to questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and care. Job Duties
- represent the facility in receiving residents, staff and the public in a positive, helpful manner and demonstrate company mission, philosophy and core values
- direct residents and guests to the appropriate office for assistance, resident apartment, or activity area as needed
- answer the telephone within two rings and direct calls to the appropriate party, minimizing holding time
- provide clerical support to all departments as assigned by supervisor in a timely and organized manner
- copy, collate, and staple materials as requested
- provide support to other departments by maintaining files, assist in filing, typing labels, and other office tasks as requested
- sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
