Job Duties

  • represent the facility in receiving residents, staff and the public in a positive, helpful manner and demonstrate company mission, philosophy and core values
  • direct residents and guests to the appropriate office for assistance, resident apartment, or activity area as needed
  • answer the telephone within two rings and direct calls to the appropriate party, minimizing holding time
  • provide clerical support to all departments as assigned by supervisor in a timely and organized manner
  • copy, collate, and staple materials as requested
  • provide support to other departments by maintaining files, assist in filing, typing labels, and other office tasks as requested
  • sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
