Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of prior switchboard or front desk reception experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Self-motivated
- Fast learner with a great attitude and consistency
- Flexibility to work early or late hours to accommodate end-user requests (primarily weekdays)
- Previous experience in hoteling, hospitality, business office environments, or restaurant industry preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting guests and answering/transferring phone calls
- Reserving conference rooms and visiting offices
- Ordering pre-packed lunch/breakfast for meetings from vendors
- Setting up beverages and catering for meetings
- Maintaining conference rooms and kitchen supplies and arrangements
- Supporting office services tasks such as mail handling, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering
- Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
- Providing excellent customer service with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day
- Working collaboratively with onsite and operations teams
- Handling office operations and facilities requests as a liaison
- Assisting customer teams with routine tasks as a first responder
- Participating enthusiastically in company and community service events
- Performing light administrative duties, PC support, and other assigned tasks
- Maintaining and updating company phone lists, automated messaging, and calendars
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
