We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Office Assistant who is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00, reflecting the importance of the role within our firm. The Receptionist and Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the firm's professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service. Beyond greeting and directing clients, this role involves supporting the daily administrative operations, assisting attorneys and staff, handling confidential information responsibly, and facilitating smooth communication, especially through translation and document handling in the firm’s multilingual environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, contributing significantly to the client experience and overall office efficiency. This role requires working Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, ensuring consistent support during our primary business hours.
