You will use the spa's booking system to manage appointments, handle client payments for services and gift cards, and promote ongoing spa packages and products. Job Requirements
- Current Hawai'i Esthetician License
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual work ethic
- Experience in facial treatments and spa services is preferred

- Capable of maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications
- Current Hawai'i Esthetician License
- Experience performing facials, advanced skincare treatments, and spa body treatments is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous spa or salon experience is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Welcome and check in clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Schedule and manage appointments using the spa booking system
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and assist with client inquiries
- Process payments and gift cards
- Promote spa services, products, and special offers
- Assist with service bookings and coordinate therapist schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support daily spa operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform professional facial treatments based on each client's individual skincare needs
- Provide advanced facial services, including Microdermabrasion and Hydro-Dermabrasion
- Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
- Apply cleansers, exfoliants, masks, steam, serums, moisturizers, and other professional skincare products
- Perform light extractions when appropriate
- Perform a variety of spa body treatments, including body wraps, scalp treatments, back hand and foot treatments, dry brushing and other spa services as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment room while following all health and sanitation regulations
- Educate clients on skincare and recommend follow-up treatments
