Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or office assistant in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and process driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Professional and discreet demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, legal assistant, paralegal, administrative assistant, or executive assistant preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with general office protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors at the front desk
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls on multiple lines
  • Coordinate and set up Zoom meetings for clients and neutrals
  • Oversee conference room scheduling and equipment setup
  • Maintain office cleanliness and presentation including kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Support case managers with drafting hearing notices, billing statements, and conflict checks
  • Manage client database and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle mail processing and vendor communication
  • Order and monitor office supplies inventory
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects
  • Make confirmation calls and communicate payment status
  • Assist with basic computer and phone network issues
  • Foster a pleasant and efficient office environment
