Working hours run from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a fixed annual salary of $65,000, equivalent to an hourly rate of $31.25. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or office assistant in a professional environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls on multiple lines
- Coordinate and set up Zoom meetings for clients and neutrals
- Oversee conference room scheduling and equipment setup
