We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist & Facilities Support team member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating an inviting and efficient front office atmosphere while supporting various operational functions throughout the facility. The Receptionist & Facilities Support position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing an exceptional customer experience that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. Beyond greeting guests and handling calls, this role involves managing shared inboxes, coordinating logistics for mail and deliveries, and ensuring meeting spaces are well maintained. Additionally, the person in this position supports administrative tasks and internal communications to help keep the office running smoothly.
The role demands multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset, contributing to both the front-of-house presence and back-end operational support. Scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a team-oriented, employee-owned environment where every individual’s contribution matters.
