Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in basic office software and email systems
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • reliable and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide front desk support
  • answer and direct incoming calls

  • handle mail, packages, and deliveries
  • coordinate conference rooms and maintain meeting spaces
  • monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies
  • support administrative tasks and internal communications
  • assist with employee and customer events and facility needs
