We are currently seeking a Receptionist & Eyewear Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $17, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The role is essential as it combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on eyewear sales, making it a perfect fit for a motivated individual who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for retail and style. As the first point of contact in our office, you will warmly greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle insurance verification and payment collection. Additionally, you will assist patients in selecting frames that complement their personal style, budget, and optical needs, recommending lens options and upgrades to enhance their eyewear experience.

This position requires a friendly and upbeat demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates with a sales-driven mindset, especially those with retail or optical experience, will find this role particularly rewarding, although prior experience is not mandatory. We provide on-the-job training and a supportive team environment to help you succeed. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 9:50 am to 5 pm, with every other Tuesday featuring a brief team meeting starting at 9:25 am. There are no weekend shifts, making this role well-suited for those seeking a stable weekday schedule.
