This role focuses on frontline reception and operational support at Live Nation Entertainment's corporate office, a place pulsing with passion for the music and entertainment industry. A successful candidate will be warm and motivating, ideally with 2-3 years of front office experience in a music or entertainment corporate environment. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist all staff and guests, manage the main switchboard, and ensure strict adherence to security protocols. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of professionalism and seamless day-to-day coordination, such as managing conference room bookings, supporting executive meetings with catering and logistical needs, and organizing engaging company lobby events including happy hours and live performances. Additionally, you'll contribute to maintaining a polished and inviting reception area, coordinating with facilities teams on mail, maintenance requests, and office supplies. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years previous experience in front office of music or entertainment corporate environment

Job Duties
- greet and assist all staff and guests
- answer the main switchboard for Live Nation and transfer calls to the corresponding department
- take messages for executives and relay the information to their corresponding assistant
- ensure proper security protocol is followed by staff and guests
- check-in and monitor visitors in reception area and provide access as necessary
- continuously communicate with security regarding the status of guests
- assist in day-to-day operation of the lounge including setting up and maintaining snacks and the space
- coordinate conference room reservations and assist with general meeting support including catering and guest check-in
- assist with coffee requests for larger executive meetings
- plan and coordinate company lobby events such as happy hours, artist performances, live streams, and office networking events
- coordinate with executives and assistants regarding messenger and food deliveries
- maintain clean and professional reception area
- team with Facilities personnel to coordinate mail, deliveries, office supplies, and routine maintenance
- submit work orders for building maintenance and internal facility related requests
- serve as point of contact for employees and onsite car washing service
- assist with various assigned tasks as they arise
