Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Availability for part-time flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or willingness to train
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic barista training or willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet and check-in residents and guests
- Manage front desk operations and handle phone inquiries
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a barista
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and cafe areas
- Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors
- Support the hospitality team to enhance guest experience
- Manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
