Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist for the Residential Builders Commission
- respond to telephone inquiries and assist walk-in applicants
- process initial, reinstatement, and bond applications and renewals
- respond to customer inquiries via walk-ins, telephone calls, e-mails, and other communication methods
- perform various administrative and technical functions in support of the Commission
