This dedication to core values has cultivated a workplace atmosphere where employees are proud and motivated to contribute their best. The American Fork Ford dealership, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, currently offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team on an afternoon/evening shift.

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls promptly and professionally, efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and greeting walk-in customers with exceptional courtesy. The position focuses heavily on delivering superior customer service by actively listening to customers' needs, responding to their requests accurately, and resolving any concerns they might have. Additionally, the Receptionist plays a vital role in administrative tasks such as maintaining license plate logs and communicating with customers about their license plate arrivals. This full-time role operates mainly Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering Sundays and one additional weekday off to support work-life balance.

The dealership provides competitive compensation starting at $16 per hour and a range of comprehensive benefits including paid training, paid time off, 401k with company match, medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and an employee year-end bonus program known as Garff Giveback. Additionally, employees enjoy exclusive discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services, underscoring the group's commitment to rewarding its team. This role is perfect for individuals with prior receptionist experience, particularly in an automotive environment, who excel at multitasking, communicating effectively, and maintaining professionalism at all times. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic team-oriented dealership setting, this position offers meaningful career growth and internal promotion opportunities within the expansive Ken Garff Automotive Group, making it a solid choice for long-term career development in the automotive industry.
