Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time or part-time as scheduled
- basic knowledge of dental office procedures preferred
- certification for taking dental X-rays is a plus but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
- verify insurance, process billing, and handle administrative paperwork
- maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software
- answer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service to ensure smooth patient experience
- assist the dental team with chairside procedures when needed
- prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize equipment
- take and process X-rays if certified and provide patient support during treatments
- assist with maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
