Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professional etiquette
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Distribute mail, faxes, deliveries, and courier shipments
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchen, and common office areas
  • Prepare administrative documents including letters, spreadsheets, proposals, and files
  • Coordinate service requests and follow up with internal staff
  • Maintain tenant, vendor, and insurance records
  • Support weekly, monthly, and annual administrative and accounting tasks
  • Monitor office equipment and replenish supplies as needed
