Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in reception or administrative duties
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written communication and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- US citizenship to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check prior to hiring
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED trade or industrial school with 2 years of additional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in reception or administrative duties including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written communication and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet visitors assist with sign-in procedures and provide directions to conference rooms offer refreshments as needed
- Answer phone calls take messages and transfer calls distribute incoming mail and maintain effective communication with vendors and management
- Maintain sign-in sheets track and retrieve badges and manage the fob system including processing new forms maintain all information on bulletin boards and keep information up-to-date and accurate
- Order and stock office supplies coffee and tea ensure the supply closet is organized and well-maintained
- Set up food and beverages for meetings assist with special events and coordinate volunteers for food-related activities
- Collect and organize weekly planner reports from managers into Excel spreadsheets for submission acquire price quotes from vendors for events
- Assist employees with work-related issues providing solutions and support as needed
- Organize CPR recertification classes and maintain updated first-aid kit lists
