Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
- previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- proficient computer skills required

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- operate a multi-line phone system, accurately routing calls and taking messages as needed
- provide coverage for front desk operations during lunches, breaks, and staff absences
- respond to general inquiries from patients, families, visitors, and staff
- monitor and maintain the front lobby to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
- process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and communications
- maintain records of front desk donations, including monetary and in-kind contributions
- assist with administrative support tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- train PRN and new reception staff and maintain the front desk procedures manual
- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- perform other duties as assigned
