Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in an office, accounting, or dealership setting
- Familiarity with basic office procedures and accounting support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively across departments
- Positive, professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CDK is a plus

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, or respond to inquiries when possible
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Scan and electronically file invoices, accounts payable checks, and other financial or administrative documents
- Prepare and post bank deposits
- Electronically deposit checks using remote deposit software
- Assist Accounts Payable with entering invoices, reconciling statements, and other tasks as needed
- Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Handle daily cash receipts and customer payments
- Maintain organization of front desk and filing areas
- Complete various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Follow all established procedures, company policies, and applicable laws
