We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our corporate team, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting. This role is vital to our daily corporate functions as it requires managing front-desk responsibilities and offering administrative and clerical assistance to different office personnel and projects. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for handling all incoming calls efficiently with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. This position demands a strong command of organizational skills to maintain inventory of office supplies, coordinate office maintenance and repair schedules, and manage incoming and outgoing mail dispatch accurately.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information are essential to this role. The Receptionist will be tasked with preparing weekly shipments and managing office services such as mailings and copying, supporting multiple departments with clerical tasks as assigned. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- over three months and up to and including 12 months to become familiar with responsibilities and duties to perform effectively under normal supervision
- proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- accurate record keeping ability and familiarity with basic office procedures required
- ability to enter data and understand various computer programs
- maintain confidentiality of information
- ability to organize and manage time and duties efficiently
- effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license
